Assessment: seen in health suite during recess, reports running along the shrubbery and running into a "stick" that was sticking out of a bush, area under right eye with 4 small cuts approx 1-2mm each and 2 small blood blisters approx 2mm each, also 2 small cuts approx 1-2 mm each on right upper, outer eyelid, eye itself was not effected
Treatment Given: area cleaned, aquaphor applied, ice pack provided
