The day began with a new client in Bethesda.
It ended with a 15 year client in New Windsor.
What a wild ride it’s been…
A simple lesson on repeat.
Embrace life.
The ups, the downs, the sideways.
Put your arms around all of it.
Breathe it in.
You.
Me.
All of the things.
There’s a shelf life to all of this.
And therein lies the rub.
Lean in.
Really feel it.
One day you might find yourself across from this frame.
You'll be sitting where I was, looking at you.
I wonder how old you will be.
I wonder if you'll remember how we used to do this.
You'd get the urge for Ejji.
We'd go.
That simple.
More times than not, you'd opt for a second bowl.
The photo can't speak to how it felt.
But I remember.
I always will.
