Sunday...

Sunday morning.
The end of daylight savings time.
Clocks fall back an hour.
Less light on the horizon.
A shift begins…
From foraging…
…to hunkering down.
For the colder, darker months ahead.
Today that extra hour will make the day feel long.
It may even infuse a little magic.

Right now, with an arm wrapped around me, anything feels possible.
