Who knows what's ahead?
If the last few years have taught us anything...it's to expect the unexpected.
I plan to keep it simple.
We're all on broadcast.
We all want to be heard.
We all hope to be of value.
I plan to listen (and engage) more...
...with whomever I'm lucky enough to have in front of me at the time
...with my heart (first and foremost)
Wherever you are, whatever you celebrate...I'm hopeful you're surrounded by those who matter most...
Our everydays are everything.
Off to school...

Another day closer to winter break.
Another day of him wondering why I'm taking photos.
Another day of me appreciating the everyday.
Throwing out my anchor.
Taking the foot off the accelerator.
Staying here awhile.
Looking.
Listening.
Marinating.
Letting it all in.
Letting it all hit home.
Life along the sidelines...

Mom and Dad cheered on our middle guy today.
I'm searching for the right words to describe what this frame means to me.
As long as they're still around...
...in so many ways
...I still feel like a little kid.
Even at 50.
So I find myself in this super special in-between land...
...straddling cosmic goodness on all fronts
