I've got this thing for foxes.
Anytime I see them...I feel like it's a sign of good luck.
On early morning walks with the dogs, I'm often on the look out for them.
Scanning ahead.
Whirling around and watching behind us as well.
Searching for that lucky sign.
Hoping for that injection of positive fuel.
A sign of good things to come.
So on this night, imagine the smile on my face.
Foxy, in plain sight.
Showing me the good luck right under my nose.
A Break in the Routine...
Sometimes we just need a brief break in the routine.
Today it was a chat on this porch for me.
A friend.
Some coffee.
Conversation.
I didn’t realize how many F bombs I had queued up…ready to set free.
All better now.
We should do this more.
Kathy & Elizabeth...
Elizabeth...
What matters most...
A tournament filled weekend...
...alongside this little fella.
Good fun and hard fought games out on the pitch...
...which ultimately didn't go our way.
I'll be 50 in two weeks...
...and I keep thinking about how these everyday moments fill me up.
